Let’s explore our natural surroundings! Our earth is truly an amazing place with so much to be discovered. We will analyze the nature that surrounds us, including rocks, soil, weather, plants, and animals, to help us better understand the place in which we live and how it is connected to the larger environment. We will get our hands dirty and get up close and personal with all of these elements! You will come away from these sessions being able to use homemade tools to track weather patterns, identify rock types, analyze soil, and figure out the biome in which you live. I hope you’re ready to ‘dig’ in!
