OUR APPROACH

At Camp Anywhere, we believe that kids learn best and truly love learning when we let their curiosity lead. We see ourselves as guides and co-learners, rather than content knowledge experts. We bring our passion to the table and encourage kids to do the same. We provide structures for community members to learn from each other, which includes bringing in experts and mentors with a wide range of life experiences and skills. All members of the learning community have value and something to offer. All learning experiences will include:

  • ways to build community and learn from each other

  • flexibility to be responsive to student needs and interests

  • hands-on activities

  • social-emotional skill development

  • extensions to continue the learning
