• How can I make my own ice cream?

• How can I use an understanding of matter to make this ice cream?

• ice
• towels
• rock or ice cream salt (use kosher salt if not available)
• heavy cream      
• tablespoons     
• large freezer bags/thick ziplock bags (pint size)       
• smaller freezer bags/thick ziplock bags (quart size)      
• half and half (light cream)    
• sugar
• vanilla extract

Campers can make this ice cream for their family and experiment with making different flavors.
